  • * What are your current special offers on memberships?

    • You can check the current special offers for any of our memberships by calling us at 408.292.1141. Make sure to ask for Membership Services and schedule an appointment for a tour so you can take advantage of our FREE Week Pass.

  • * How much does a membership cost?

    • We have a variety of membership options to choose from. We offer single, family and corporate memberships. So call us today at 408.292.1141 to see which program is right for you.   • * Can I cancel my agreement?

    • Monthly payment membership: Most of our memberships are on a month to month basis. Upon your request to cancel, future monthly payments will be stopped and your last month's prepaid dues will be applied. We're here to help! If you have any questions, please call 408.292.1141 and ask for Membership Services. We do require a 30 day notice to cancel your membership.

  • * How much does it cost to add family members to my membership?

    • We do offer family discounted rates. You can check out our current family add-on prices by calling us at 408.292.1141. Make sure to ask for Membership Services.

      You can add family members at the time of your enrollment or at a later date. Share your road to a healthy life with your family!

  • * What are my payment options?

    • For monthly payment memberships, your monthly dues will be electronically deducted from either your checking account or a debit/credit card account. This is known as AUTO BILL PAY or electronic funds transfer (EFT). Your initiation fee and first and last month dues are paid at time of purchase.

      For prepaid agreements, you pay for your membership up front at the time of enrollment by credit card, cash, Money Order or a checking account. When your membership is about to expire, we will send you a notice to inform you the status of your account. Rollovers are not applied to any prepaid account.

  • * How do I purchase Personal Training with my membership?

    • For personal training, you pay before the start of your first session by either credit card, cash or checking account. Also, you can setup a Membership Account at the Front Desk that allows you to charge your personal training, beverages and even massage services directly to either a credit card or checking account.

  • * How much is Personal Training?

    • We have an array of different personal training packages and offerings. You may be able to review all of our current packages by calling us at 408.292.1141 and asking for the Health and Fitness Director. When all of your questions have been answered, make sure to ask for Membership Services so you can schedule an appointment for a tour to take advantage of our FREE Week Pass.

  • * How long do I have to use my Personal Training sessions?

    • All Personal Training sessions must be used within 6 months of the date of purchase. You do not have to be an active member of the San Jose Athletic Club to use Personal Training sessions. To learn more, visit or Personal Training Introduction Packages page of our website.

  • * I believe my company has a special program with the San Jose Athletic Club.

    • We offer company wellness group rates for city and corporate employers. The best way to find out if we have a corporate wellness program with your company is to contact us at 408.292.1141. Make sure to ask for Membership Services and schedule an appointment for a tour so you can take advantage of our FREE Week Pass.
