Personal Fitness Training

What is personal training?

Personal fitness training (PFT) is designed to help you achieve your fitness goals. Your personal trainer will work one-on-one with you to develop your strength, cardio, and flexibility. The personalized program you and your trainer develop can help you achieve your fitness goals from losing weight to running a marathon to just being able to play with your kids longer.

How does personal fitness training work?

Your trainer will evaluate your current fitness level, help you identify goals and create a personalized fitness plan. The trainer will work with you one-on-one to help motivate your workouts and take you step-by-step through each exercise to get the maximum results from each session.

What do I need for my PFT sessions?

To get the most out of personal training, remember to: Wear comfortable workout clothes and tennis shoes. Bring a water bottle and make sure you have had a balanced meal prior to training. Be ready for a good workout.
