Group Exercise
As a member of SJAC, we offer over 40 complimentary group classes a week with your membership. Our certified trainers and instructors have worked with individuals of all fitness levels and look to bring out the best in you. Our Group Exercises are fun, safe classes tailored to help motivate and keep you excited about fitness.
Our newest group classes include Zumba, a workout that mixes body sculpting movements with easy-to-follow dance steps set to Latin and International music, and BodyPump, a 60-minute music inspired workout that challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls.
