Cross Fit

CrossFit is a high intensity program that incorporates many different exercises in a short period of time to both strengthen muscle while providing a cardiovascular workout. Crossfit incorporates bodyweight resistance exercises such as push-ups, pull-ups and calisthenics as well as major compound muscle movement utilizing barbells, kettlebells and dumbells. Crossfit seeks to develop "functional strength" by working all the major muscles during the exercises.
