| Group Training is for the person who wants group dynamics with personal training and wants to share the cost with others. Your 60 minute sessions will teach you proper exercise techniques including cardio, strength training, flexibility, CORE movements, etc. This training program is designed for all fitness levels and teaches beginner, intermediate and advanced versions for all exercises. Group Training is 2-10 people per training sessions. |
